‘Coasts’ is EcoOcean’s flagship educational program. It is officially endorsed by the Israeli Ministry of Health and designed to foster independent and critical thinking, scientific exploration and teamwork through the methodological principles of ‘meaningful learning.’ Students explore marine biodiversity, ocean conservation, coastal habitats, climate change, marine waste challenges, sustainable development, water sports, and environmental activism. Students receive a hands-on exploration skills while nurturing their natural curiosity. All sessions are led by professional instructors with academic degrees in marine and life sciences, bringing their broad expertise and extensive teaching experience in these domains.
